Discord
Our Discord server is the place for questions, feature requests and talking to other players. It is often the quickest way to get an answer.
Subscriptions, billing and refunds
Subscriptions are billed by Apple and Google rather than by us, so we cannot cancel a subscription or issue a refund on your behalf. Both are handled in your store account.
On iPhone and iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, open the Google Play app, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions. Email us anyway if something looks wrong and we will help you work out what happened.
